The customer service at the Catholic Faith Store if excellent. I had difficulty finding a dress locally due to the size i needed. I found the Catholic Faith strore online. The dress i ordered turned out to be on back order. I was notified by phone, not email. The staff at Catholic Faith called me to talk about the timing of arrival or discuss purchasing another dress. Most other businesses would send an email and be done with it. The sales person went the extra mile in helping me look at other dresses available in the size i needed and with to talk about the fit of the dress. She also called the shipper to see when the dress would arrive at their store and when it would arrive at my home. We received the dress before the stated date. This is exactly what I wanted. I can’t wear my crucifix as a necklace during the hot and humid months but don’t like to be without it. The crucifix on the bracelet is very nice, is fixed at one point so that it does dangle but doesn’t move around the whole circumference of the band. The band is sturdy and easy to put on and off with a tension hooking mechanism. I really am glad I purchased this. Been wearing it for several weeks with no complaints. Lynne - Stafford, VA
