It was easy to navigate and the drop down screens were a big help...i.e. suggestions on the length of chains to order for a man or a woman etc. I'm not a big fan of ordering products on line as opposed to seeing it in person so I had some reservations about buying this medal. But I honestly would recommend this company.”
